These terms govern your use of SpotiMP3. They explain what the Service is, what you are responsible for, and the limits of our liability. Please read them carefully — by using SpotiMP3 you agree to them.
SpotiMP3 is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify AB. The name "Spotify" is used only for informational purposes to identify the links the Service accepts. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB.
How it works: we use metadata, such as titles and artists, identified from user-provided track, playlist and album links to locate matching audio through separate third-party sources where available. We do not download, extract or record audio from Spotify.
The Service and its processing providers may retrieve, process, temporarily store and deliver audio files or ZIP archives to fulfil your request. We do not claim ownership of that audio or grant permission to copy it. Use the Service only where you have the necessary rights; public availability alone does not establish permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability. Features may change, be limited or become temporarily unavailable for technical, legal or other operational reasons. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for paid access that is not supplied as agreed.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SpotiMP3 ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SpotiMP3 website and services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Use the Service only for content you have the necessary rights to copy and retain. You are responsible for checking those rights and for your use of the resulting files. A public link, a streaming subscription, personal use or a paid SpotiMP3 plan does not by itself grant copying permission.
You represent and warrant that, for every use of the Service, you either own the content, hold all necessary rights and permissions, or are otherwise permitted by law to make the copy you are requesting. Depending on where you live, that may include your own recordings, works in the public domain, works released under a permissive licence, or copies permitted by a personal-use or private-copying exception.
Copyright exceptions and source-service terms differ by location and use. Describing a file as a backup does not create an exception. Check that your specific use is permitted, including under the terms of the source service. Do not bypass digital rights management, paywalls or other access controls.
You agree that you will not use the Service to infringe any copyright, moral right, database right, trademark or other intellectual property right, and that you will not redistribute, share, publish, broadcast or commercially exploit any file you obtain unless you are legally entitled to do so.
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
We may investigate suspected breaches and restrict access as described in the Termination section. Users may contact support to request review of an access restriction.
If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, contact [email protected]. Identify the work, the relevant SpotiMP3 page or request and source link, describe your rights and the alleged infringement, and provide contact details so we can investigate. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal information.
Our Copyright & DMCA page, linked below, explains notice requirements, review requests, applicable counter-notice procedures and our repeat-infringer policy. This reporting channel does not itself establish statutory safe-harbour status.
The Service offers a free tier and optional paid plans ("Prime" and "Lifetime"). Paid plans cover processing features, higher format options where available and larger collections. They do not grant music licences or guarantee the availability, source quality or identity of a particular recording. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise; review the payment details on Ko-fi before paying.
A $5 USD Ko-fi payment adds 30 days of Prime. It renews automatically only if you separately choose recurring payments on Ko-fi, which you can manage or cancel there. Cancelling recurring payments leaves access in place until the paid period ends. Lifetime is a single $79 payment through the Lifetime option for access while we operate the Service.
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service and does not constitute a guarantee that the Service will be offered for any particular period of time.
Our Refund Policy, linked below, forms part of these terms and explains individual review of payment errors, access failures and service faults, as well as recurring payment cancellation. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of the policy. Price changes do not apply retroactively to access already paid for.
Audio matches depend on external sources and may be unavailable, incorrectly matched or different from the requested recording. An output format or bitrate does not establish the quality of the original source. Check the result before relying on it.
Maintenance, source changes, security incidents or legal restrictions can interrupt processing. We may change or retire features, but changes do not remove your statutory rights or remedies for paid access that is not supplied as agreed. Our Refund Policy explains how to report a problem.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is supplied as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a successful match for every request or suitability for a particular purpose.
You must independently check your permission to copy content. A successful request is not a legal assessment or a licence from us or a rights holder.
These terms do not exclude warranties, service standards or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. This restriction does not exclude responsibility for failing to supply a paid service where the law requires a remedy.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting wording in these terms.
You remain responsible for your own unlawful use of the Service and for content you request without the necessary rights. These terms do not transfer responsibility for our own conduct to you.
If a dispute arises, contact us with the relevant details so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to seek a remedy from a court, regulator or payment provider where available under applicable law.
The Service works with external metadata and audio sources, hosting and processing providers, and payment and email services. Their availability and terms can affect which requests can be completed. A link to another site does not imply an endorsement or a licence to use its content.
Your use of a third-party website is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Our use of providers does not remove obligations we owe you under applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, infringement, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. Our policy is to terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, as explained on our Copyright & DMCA page.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain a restriction and how to contact us for review. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users, rights holders or the Service. Suspending access does not automatically remove a refund or other remedy required by law.
You can stop using SpotiMP3 at any time. If you chose recurring payments, cancel them separately through Ko-fi. Obligations and rights relating to earlier use, payments or disputes continue where applicable.
We may update these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide notice of material changes through the website or available account contact details where required.
Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or remedies. Where applicable law requires advance notice or agreement to a change, we will follow those requirements. You may stop using the Service if you disagree with a change.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and the Refund Policy govern use of the Service, subject to mandatory law and any specific terms agreed at purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data; it is not a request for blanket consent.
